Terms and Conditions for Offshore Academics Digital Marketing Course

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our Digital Marketing Master Course.

1. Course Details

The course includes Foundation, Core, and Specialization modules over three months, with classes Monday to Friday, including government holidays.

2. Enrollment

• Enrollment requires signing this agreement.
• For minors (under 18), a parent or guardian must sign.
• A 7-day free trial (including weekends) is provided. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees are payable in advance at the current rate plus applicable taxes.
• Payment details will be provided on enrollment.

4. Attendance and Missed Classes

• Classes are Monday to Friday.
• Missed classes must be paid for unless rescheduled by mutual agreement.
• Absences without written notice are considered attended and not refundable.

5. Additional Lessons

Additional lessons may be scheduled with extra fees upon agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with four weeks’ written notice. Early termination without notice results in forfeiture of fees. No refunds after the 7-day trial.

7. Student and Guardian Responsibilities

• Attend classes punctually and participate actively.
• Care for provided equipment.
• Notify of any health conditions.
• Minors must have a responsible adult present or reachable during classes.

8. Confidentiality

Course materials are confidential and not to be shared without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content remains the property of Offshore Academics.

10. Liability

Offshore Academics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from course participation.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Mohali, Punjab.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update terms with notice to enrolled students.

13. Class Location and Timing

Classes are held at [Location] from [Start Time] to [End Time], Monday to Friday.
